This website is operated by MJ Software Consultancy Ltd, trading as Moo Digital Solutions (Company No. 15094286), registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us. This is limited to:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Cookies and analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about your visit (pages viewed, time on site, browser/device type). No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics.
We do not collect payment details, sensitive personal data, or information about children.

We use your personal data solely to:

Google reCAPTCHA v3: our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Google Analytics: if you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. Data is anonymised and aggregated. You can opt out at any time by declining analytics cookies or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies: required for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your cookie preference). These cannot be disabled.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months. We do not store contact form data in a separate database.
